A member of a Canadian law society with a Canadian common law degree may apply for transfer to the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, and applicants who qualify under the National Mobility Agreement or Territorial Mobility Agreement are admitted on transfer without any additional exam or assessment being stated.
